In the near future, "to think" and "to act" will be considered to be the same thing. The time will come when activities are more and more virtualized. People will be organized to a particular fascination. Fascination for the "secure life."

"10 Mintutes Into the Future" is "the fictive simulator" of the networked mutual surveillance in cyberspace. In the chat site that each audience logs in with his/her mobile phones, the "conspiracy law" is strictly implemented. People are put under that law all the while their conversations. If any suspicious sayings are said, it can be reported to "the cyber cop," and guilt or not is determined by them automatically.

People spontaneously surveilles each other, exchanging their freedom for thier security with outer power.
